JOB DESCRIPTION

Nantum AI is seeking a proactive, customer-obsessed Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial real estate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, building long-term relationships, and ensuring clients derive measurable value from the Nantum platform.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, surface customer feedback, and most importantly, deliver actionable insights that empower customers to operate their properties more efficiently. Your success will be defined by customer satisfaction, platform engagement, and portfolio expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively answer and resolve open client product issues

  • Provide remarkable customer experiences

  • Empower our customers to become self-sufficient with everyday use of our product

  • Problem solve and create solutions to meet customer requests

  • Work with our Customer Experience Team to improve internal processes

  • Stay up to date with relevant technologies

  • Analyze building automation systems and recommend changes to improve functionality and/or energy efficiency, or to accomplish ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures)

  • Provide technical training and support both internally and externally

  • Work with the sales team to increase results

  • Other duties may be assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven excellence in customer support

  • Maintain composure under pressure

  • Fast learner with strong technical acumen

  • Excel independently and in a team environment

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including listening effectively and soliciting input from others, with the ability to communicate effectively to a C-level audience

  • Organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage technical resources

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook as well as Google Suite products such as Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc

  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred

  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems

  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of access and/or building automation systems

EDUCATION

  • Four (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

  • Other professional certifications (LEED, CEA, CEM etc.)

EXPERIENCE

  • Two to four years of related work experience

  • Experience supporting technology solutions in a SaaS environment

Preferred

  • Strong passion and interest in energy and sustainability

  • IT knowledge and technical acumen
